Pacific Premier Bank takes protecting the privacy and security of our customers very seriously. This is why we are implementing an additional security feature that will monitor your account for any uncharacteristic or unusual behavior. Pacific Premier will begin phasing in a new security feature in February 2007 for all our on-line banking customers. When your account is scheduled to be upgraded, the system will indicate that you will need to enroll at the logon location and you will be asked to:
- Answer and verify three security questions.
- Enter and confirm your telephone numbers.
After enrollment, if anything out of the ordinary is detected, we will ask you to answer your own personal security questions or a phone call will be made to ensure it is you who is doing the transaction. Most of the time your online banking experience will be the same as it was before, only now you will have an extra layer of security working behind-the-scenes to protect your account.
